Need to Make Changes?

We want your order to be just right! If you need to update or change anything, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Because each item is lovingly made-to-order, once production starts (usually within 24–48 hours), we’re unable to cancel or modify your order.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At AR Sweet Home Decor, your satisfaction means the world to us. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

We gladly accept returns for items that are defective or damaged.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Please include photos and a brief description when contacting us

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges if the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery.

🚚 Return Method & Shipping

  • Returns are accepted by mail only

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs

  • No restocking fees will be applied

💳 Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
