  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD,USD, EUR,  

  • Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods provided through our checkout system.

4. Shipping

  • Processing time varies by product (typically 3–7 business days).

  • Shipping times depend on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • Due to the personalized or made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information.
