At Arsweet, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized treasures for your family. Because each item is custom-made to order, we have a specialized policy to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.


1. The Arsweet Replacement Promise

 

If we make a mistake, we will fix it—no questions asked. We will provide a 100% free replacement (including shipping) if:

  • Manufacturing Errors: The item arrives with a printing error or the wrong name/personalization.
  • Incorrect Item: You received a different theme or product than what you ordered.
  • Transit Damage: Your item arrives damaged or defective from shipping.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated and the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement so you don't have to "chase" the carrier.

Note: For any of the above, please email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

 

2. "Oops!" Customer Error Discount

 

We know accidents happen! Because our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or spelling was provided by the customer. However, we want you to love your gift.

  • The Arsweet Discount: If you made a mistake on your order (such as choosing the wrong curtain measurements or misspelling a name), contact us. We will offer you a 40% discount to create a corrected replacement for you.

 

3. Cancellations & Changes

 

  • The 24-Hour Window: You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Production Phase: Once an item moves into production or you have approved a digital preview, we can no longer cancel or change the order as it is being custom-crafted for you.

 

4. Our Happiness Guarantee?

We want you to absolutely love your Arsweet piece. If for any reason your order isn't the perfect fit for your nursery, we happily accept returns of unwashed, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: As a boutique design studio, return shipping labels are arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
  • Custom Orders:
    Because our heirloom blankets, lamps, and curtains are custom-made to order, personalized items are generally final sale once design approval is given. However, if there is a rare defect or print issue upon arrival, please contact our studio within 7 days and our team will work quickly to make it right.
